Visa Application Guidelines

Please start applying for a visa at least 2 months in advance(Click)

1. Identify visa type: Choose the right visa for your trip

The first step is to determine which visa type you need, and check whether you’re eligible to apply for it.
You’ll also need to know the documents that you’ll have to submit along with your application, how long the application might take and fees you’ll have to pay.
Each application must comply with the guidelines applicable for your visa category.
If your documents are not in English, you may need to get translations prepared before applying.

2. Begin your application: Get started with your visa application

Once you are ready to apply, you can download the visa application form, complete it, print the complete form and bring it with you to the Visa Application Centre (together with the documents required for the Visa category chosen) for submission.

3. Book an appointment: Choose a Visa Application Centre and make an appointmen

Once you have filled your visa form, you need to book an appointment.
Once you’ve booked your appointment, you’ll receive an appointment confirmation email along with the letter of appointment.
If you are part of a family or group, you’ll have to book individual appointments for each member of the family or group.
If you need special physical assistance, you can contact us prior to visiting the Visa Application Centre, so that you can get appropriate support. Schedule an appointment.

4. Pay your fees: Find out the amount you need to pay

Once you have made your application, you will need to pay your visa application fee. If you download the form to print and bring to the Visa Application Centre, payment can be made at the time of your appointment.

You will have to pay the Visa fee at the Visa Application Centre in Cash /Card.

5. Visit a Visa Application Centre: Attend your scheduled appointment

You’ll have to submit your complete visa application form at the Visa Application Centre in person.

Your appointment letter should be brought to the Visa Application Centre and presented to VFS Global security staff upon arrival at the Visa Application Centre on your appointment date. Applicants are requested not to come earlier than 20 minutes before their booked appointment time in order to control crowd flow in the Visa Application Centre.

Please note ICBRA is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the ICBRA Committee Board. The invitation letter will be issued after the successful registration.
Should your application be denied, ICBRA cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will ICBRA engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
